To maintain the safety of property owners and other tenants, we may also collect Know Your Customer (KYC) documents such as Government-issued IDs (Aadhar Card, Student ID, Passport, etc.) for identity verification.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our platform, including search queries, viewed properties, device information, and IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We strictly use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To verify your identity using OTPs and KYC documents, ensuring a safe ecosystem for both tenants and owners.
• To facilitate communication between you and the property owners.
• To send you important account updates, property alerts, and platform announcements.
• To improve our website's functionality, user experience, and customer support services.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Airlivs is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. We may share your information only under the following circumstances:

• With Property Owners: When you show interest in a property or proceed to book, we share your basic contact details and verified KYC status with the respective owner to facilitate the rental agreement.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Airlivs, its users, or the public.

4. No Financial Data Collected

Airlivs does not collect, process, or store any payment information. As we currently operate with an offline payment model for bookings and rent, we will never ask you to enter your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or bank account details on our platform.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, KYC documents, and account credentials against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data stored with us. If you wish to update your KYC documents or delete your account, you can do so by contacting our support team.
